Managing Your Payments




 

How do I make my payment?

 

AutoPay

Being enrolled in AutoPay means that you'll never have to worry about missing a payment again. If you're enrolled, make sure your debit or credit card information is up to date and accurate in My Boost.

 

Manual Payments

If you're not on AutoPay, check your Account Funds in My Boost before your next due date to make sure you have enough money in your account to cover your upcoming monthly payment.

 

Boost Replenishment Cards

In order to redeem Boost Replenishments Cards or PIN vouchers, please contact our Care team at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678).

 

What if I miss a payment?

If you miss your monthly payment, your service will be suspended.

You have 90 days to make your payment and restore your service. Please note that restoring service may take up to an hour after full payment is received.

After 90 days without a successful payment, your account will be canceled and any remaining funds will be forfeited.

 

How do I see how much I owe?

Log in to My Boost or dial #225 from your phone to see your payment details.

 

Can a payment for Boost service be refunded?

Once a payment is applied to an account, it is not refundable, transferrable, or exchangeable and it has no surrender value.
