Checking Your Order Status

Orders typically ship the same day if ordered before 10 a.m. (MT). Orders placed after 10 a.m. (MT) will ship the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends). 

SIM card-only kits will arrive via UPS 2nd Day Air two business days after shipping. If you've ordered a new device, your device and SIM card will arrive via UPS Ground 3-5 business days after shipping. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a UPS tracking number to track your order.
