What is BoostOne?

BoostOne goes beyond just account management by providing Boost customers access to everyday deals from local and national merchants, plus, the ability to earn credit towards your Boost Mobile bill by watching videos, downloading apps, playing games and more.


Types of deals you can expect:

Who is eligible to use the app?

Boost customers that have been moved over or started on our new platform will be able to use the BoostOne app. To see if you are eligible, try logging into your account at my.boostmobile.com/myaccount. If your account is not supported, you can still use your regular Boost app until you are moved over. 

 

Where can I download the app?

You can download the app in either the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.

 

How do I register for the app?

After downloading the app, you will be prompted to enter your Boost Mobile phone number or email address and password created at account activation.

 

What if I don't remember my password?

If you forgot your password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" link after entering your email address/phone number on the login screen. From there, you will be directed to reset your password.

 

Where can I view the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions?

You can view our policies by clicking on the "Settings" icon Cog icon - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. on the My Account tab of the app, and then scrolling down to the preference section.

 

 

How do I search for deals in the app?

When you open the app, you will be presented with featured deals in your area (you must share your location). You can open a specific deal to see details and redeem it directly from the app.

Use the merchant icon Tags undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. on the bottom of the screen to access more deals, and from there you are able to search and select categories to browse.


In the deals section, you can also use the map feature to see deals near you (you must share your location).

 

How do I save deals for later use?

When you open a deal to view the details, you will see a ribbon in the top right corner of the offer window. Click on that ribbon and the deal will be saved. You can access your saved deals on the My Account tab.

 

How do I find my saved deals?

You can access your saved deals on the My Account tab by clicking the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the app.

 

How do I redeem a deal?

 

In-store deals

When you open a deal, you will be presented with details. Once you click the “Redeem Voucher” button at the bottom of the screen, you will have 10 minutes to show the deal to the merchant employee to obtain your discount. Once the merchant has noted the information and you receive the discount, simply press “Done.”.

 

PLEASE NOTE: It is helpful to show the deal details page to the merchant employee before confirming that you are ready to redeem it so the employee is aware you are using the deal and you have adequate time for the merchant employee to apply the discount.

 

Online deals

  •  Promo code: When you open each deal, you will be presented with offer details. The promo code will be presented on the screen for you to use at checkout .
  • No promo code: When you open each deal, you will be presented with offer details. Click the “Shop Now” button at the bottom of the screen and you will be directed to the merchant website where the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

 

What is the difference between in-store and online deals?

In-store deals are digital coupons that you can use when checking out at any in-person merchant location. Online deals are discounts that get applied whenever you check out when shopping online.

 

How can I find my redemption history?

To see all of your past deal redemptions, click on "Estimated Deal Savings" on the top of the homepage or on the My Account tab.

 

What is my estimated deal savings?

Estimated deal savings is a dollar amount of how much you have saved by using BoostOne deals. It is calculated by adding up all of the deals that you have redeemed.

 

Who do I contact for help for issues with a deal?

The deals section is managed by our third party partners; they can address any questions or concerns. You can click the “Help” icon Messages Bubble Question undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. on the My Account tab of the app and choose a selection from the “Deals Issues” help section. Please note that you will be emailing our third party partner and they will address the issue.

 

What is the Earn section of the app?

Click the “Earn” icon on the bottom of the home screen Discount Dollar Dash undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. and you will be sent to the Earn section of the app where you can watch videos or browse offers. From there you can click on any Earn offer that interests you to gain Boostcoin™, which can be used toward service credit on your Boost Mobile bill.

 

How many times can I watch earn videos?

You can watch as many earn videos as you please!

 

How much money are coins worth?

Boostcoin™ are worth $0.01

 

What can I use my coins for?

You can use earned coins toward service credit on your Boost Mobile bill. If your service is interrupted due to non-payment or suspended for any other reason, you will not be able to apply any coins/credits earned in the BoostOne app to your account. You must contact Boost Customer Care at  833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678)  to reactivate your account before you can continue using offers and earn features within the app.

 

What do the different redemption statuses mean?

Earn actions will have one of the following statuses:

  • Completed: Earn action have been completed and coins have been posted to your account. 
  • In Progress: Earn action has been completed and we are in the process of posting your earned coins to your account. 
  • Rejected: Earn action has been completed, but the merchant has rejected your offer completion. If you disagree, you will need to contact our partner directly to resolve this issue. 
  • Error: Earn action has been completed, but a technical error has occurred during the posting of the coins. If you see an error, please contact our partner directly for resolution

 

How do I view and redeem my coins?

When you open the app, you will be shown your earned coins at the top of the home screen. You are able to click it and be sent to your summary page where you are able to review your Earn activities and redeem your coins for Boost Mobile account credits. You will see a “Redeem Now” button that will take you to the redemption screen to complete the redemption process.

You are also able to access your summary page from the My Account tab of the app. Simply click on your earned coins total at the top of the page to enter your summary page. You will see a “Redeem Now” button that will take you to the redemption screen to complete the redemption process.

 

How long will it take for redeemed coin credits to apply to my account balance?

Great news! Earned coin credits will be applied to your account balance immediately upon redemption.

 

Who do I contact for help or for issues with earning coins?

Please allow up to 48 hours for the verification of completion of some earned actions to be reflected in your total earned coin total.

The earn section of the BoostOne app is managed by our third party partners who are ready to address any issues involving a specific Earn offer not working correctly. Who do I contact if I experience issues applying coin credits to my account balance?

Typically, any redeemed coin credits will be applied immediately to your Boost Mobile account balance. However, if you are experiencing any issues, our Boost Mobile customer care team is ready to help. Please contact us at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678)  for further assistance.

 

 

What is 'My Account'?

My Account is a self-service tool that allows you to manage certain aspects of your Boost Mobile account. To access My Account in the BoostOne app, click the My Account tab Single Neutral undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. in the bottom right corner of the screen. From this section of the app, you can:

  • View your account balance and/or payment date
  • Check your data usage and remaining data
  • View your current wireless plan details
  • Add or remove a credit/debit card on your account
  • View your wireless bill and monthly charges
  • Make a one-time payment towards your bill
  • Edit your account profile information

PLEASE NOTE: Not all 'My Account' functions available on the web are available from your phone.

 

How do I make a payment?

At this time, you can only make a payment with a credit/debit card within the BoostOne app. To do so, click the payment card in the top right of either the homepage or the My Account tab. This will take you to your current bill. From this screen, click the orange "Pay Now" button and follow the instructions to make a payment.

 

If you wish to make a payment using a different option, such as cash, PIN vouchers, or replenishment cards, you can pay in person, online, or over the phone.

 

How do I find my bill?

To view your current bill, click the payment card in the top right of either the homepage or the My Account tab.

 

How do I add funds in BoostOne?

At this time, you cannot add funds within the BoostOne app. Please visit my.boostmobile.com to add funds to your account.

 

Can I change my preferred payment method?

Yes, you can; however, you can only make a payment with a credit/debit card within the BoostOne app at this time.

To change your payment method, click on the My Account tab Single Neutral undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. and scroll to the bottom of the screen. From there, click on the "Payment Methods" options and you will see a list of your saved payment methods on file. Click the credit/debit card button under "Add Payment Methods" and follow the instructions to add a new card to your account.

 

How do I add a new credit or debit card to my account?

From there, click on the "Payment Methods" options and you will see a list of your saved payment methods on file. Click the credit/debit card button under "Add Payment Methods" and follow the instructions to add a new card to your account.

 

How can I check which plan I am on?

If you are unsure as to which plan you are on, you can see your plan details by accessing the My Account tab within the BoostOne app Single Neutral undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed..

 

How do I change my wireless plan and/or features?

At this time, you cannot make any changes to your plan within the BoostOne app.  Call us at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to change your plan.

 

How can I keep track of my balance, charges, and payment date?

You can dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone to check your account balance and your next payment date. You can also visit the My Account account tab within the BoostOne app to view your balance and payment date.

 

How can I see my payment history?

At this time, you cannot view transaction history within the BoostOne app. Please visit my.boostmobile.com to view you transaction history.

 

How do I see my data usage?

To view you current data usage, click on the My Account tab Single Neutral undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed. and you will see how much data you left. If you click the "Data Left" card, you can view more details about your data usage and remaining data.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all customers can see their data usage within the BoostOne app at this time. If you do not see your data usage under your My Account tab, please visit my.boostmobile.com to do so.

 

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to the My Account tab and click on "Settings" Cog undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed.. Scroll down and click "Notifications" under preferences. From here you can toggle on/off how you would like to receive notifications from BoostOne. Your options are email, push, and SMS text message.

 

Can I edit my address?

Yes, you can. To do so, go to the My Account tab and click on "Settings" Cog undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed.. From here, click "Address" under profile and edit your address by typing it in the text field.

 

How do I edit my account profile?

Go to the My Account tab and click on "Settings" Cog undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed.. From here, click "Edit Profile" under profile and you will be taken to your profile screen.

 

How can I add a photo to my account profile?

Go to the My Account tab and click on "Settings" Cog undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed.. From here, click "Edit Profile" under profile and you will be taken to your profile screen where you can edit your photo.

 

How do I adjust my privacy settings?

Go to the My Account tab and click on "Settings" Cog undefined - Free transparent PNG, SVG. No Sign up needed.. Scroll down and click "Privacy Settings" under preferences.
