BoostOne goes beyond just account management by providing Boost customers access to everyday deals from local and national merchants, plus, the ability to earn credit towards your Boost Mobile bill by watching videos, downloading apps, playing games and more.

How to earn:
Boost customers that have been moved over or started on our new platform will be able to use the BoostOne app. To see if you are eligible, try logging into your account at my.boostmobile.com/myaccount. If your account is not supported, you can still use your regular Boost app until you are moved over.
After downloading the app, you will be prompted to enter your Boost Mobile phone number or email address and password created at account activation.
If you forgot your password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" link after entering your email address/phone number on the login screen. From there, you will be directed to reset your password.
When you open the app, you will be presented with featured deals in your area (you must share your location). You can open a specific deal to see details and redeem it directly from the app.
Use the merchant icon on the bottom of the screen to access more deals, and from there you are able to search and select categories to browse.
In the deals section, you can also use the map feature to see deals near you (you must share your location).
When you open a deal to view the details, you will see a ribbon in the top right corner of the offer window. Click on that ribbon and the deal will be saved. You can access your saved deals on the My Account tab.
You can access your saved deals on the My Account tab by clicking the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the app.
When you open a deal, you will be presented with details. Once you click the “Redeem Voucher” button at the bottom of the screen, you will have 10 minutes to show the deal to the merchant employee to obtain your discount. Once the merchant has noted the information and you receive the discount, simply press “Done.”.
PLEASE NOTE: It is helpful to show the deal details page to the merchant employee before confirming that you are ready to redeem it so the employee is aware you are using the deal and you have adequate time for the merchant employee to apply the discount.
In-store deals are digital coupons that you can use when checking out at any in-person merchant location. Online deals are discounts that get applied whenever you check out when shopping online.
To see all of your past deal redemptions, click on "Estimated Deal Savings" on the top of the homepage or on the My Account tab.
Estimated deal savings is a dollar amount of how much you have saved by using BoostOne deals. It is calculated by adding up all of the deals that you have redeemed.
The deals section is managed by our third party partners; they can address any questions or concerns. You can click the “Help” icon on the My Account tab of the app and choose a selection from the “Deals Issues” help section. Please note that you will be emailing our third party partner and they will address the issue.
Click the “Earn” icon on the bottom of the home screen and you will be sent to the Earn section of the app where you can watch videos or browse offers. From there you can click on any Earn offer that interests you to gain Boostcoin™, which can be used toward service credit on your Boost Mobile bill.

You can use earned coins toward service credit on your Boost Mobile bill. If your service is interrupted due to non-payment or suspended for any other reason, you will not be able to apply any coins/credits earned in the BoostOne app to your account. You must contact Boost Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to reactivate your account before you can continue using offers and earn features within the app.
Earn actions will have one of the following statuses:
When you open the app, you will be shown your earned coins at the top of the home screen. You are able to click it and be sent to your summary page where you are able to review your Earn activities and redeem your coins for Boost Mobile account credits. You will see a “Redeem Now” button that will take you to the redemption screen to complete the redemption process.
You are also able to access your summary page from the My Account tab of the app. Simply click on your earned coins total at the top of the page to enter your summary page. You will see a “Redeem Now” button that will take you to the redemption screen to complete the redemption process.
Great news! Earned coin credits will be applied to your account balance immediately upon redemption.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the verification of completion of some earned actions to be reflected in your total earned coin total.
The earn section of the BoostOne app is managed by our third party partners who are ready to address any issues involving a specific Earn offer not working correctly. You can click the “Help” icon on the My Account tab of the app and choose a selection from the “Coins Issues” help section.

My Account is a self-service tool that allows you to manage certain aspects of your Boost Mobile account. To access My Account in the BoostOne app, click the My Account tab in the bottom right corner of the screen. From this section of the app, you can:

At this time, you can only make a payment with a credit/debit card within the BoostOne app. To do so, click the payment card in the top right of either the homepage or the My Account tab. This will take you to your current bill. From this screen, click the orange "Pay Now" button and follow the instructions to make a payment.
If you wish to make a payment using a different option, such as cash, PIN vouchers, or replenishment cards, you can pay in person, online, or over the phone.
To view your current bill, click the payment card in the top right of either the homepage or the My Account tab.
At this time, you cannot add funds within the BoostOne app. Please visit my.boostmobile.com to add funds to your account.

You can dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone to check your account balance and your next payment date. You can also visit the My Account account tab within the BoostOne app to view your balance and payment date.
At this time, you cannot view transaction history within the BoostOne app. Please visit my.boostmobile.com to view you transaction history.
To view you current data usage, click on the My Account tab and you will see how much data you left. If you click the "Data Left" card, you can view more details about your data usage and remaining data.
