How to Earn and Redeem Boostcoin™




What is the Earn section of the BoostOne app?

Click the home icon on the bottom of the BoostOne app and you'll go to the Earn section of the app. Here, you can watch videos or browse offers. Click on any Earn offer that interests you to gain Boostcoin, which can be used as payment credits on your Boost Mobile monthly payment.

You can earn Boostcoin by completing Earn actions like:

  • Logging in daily 
  • Spinning the wheel daily (with a bonus for spinning 7 days in a row)
  • Watching videos (get a bonus for watching videos 7 days in a row)
  • Playing partner games
  • Completing surveys

There is no limit on the amount of Boostcoin you can earn.

How much is each Boostcoin worth?

Each Boostcoin is worth $0.01 when redeemed towards your Boost Mobile service payment. Boostcoin has no retail value.

What can I use Boostcoin for?

You can use earned Boostcoin toward service credit on your Boost Mobile monthly payment. 

If your service is interrupted due to non-payment or is suspended for any reason, you won’t be able to apply Boostcoin or credits earned in the BoostOne app to your account. Chat with us or contact Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun to reactivate your account. 

You must make a payment to return your account to an active status before you can apply Boostcoin toward your next monthly payment. You must have an active account to use offers or earn Boostcoin in the app.

How do I view and redeem my earned Boostcoin?

There are three ways to view your earned Boostcoin: 

On the Homescreen

You’ll see your total earned Boostcoin when you open the BoostOne app.  Click your earnings and slide the bar along the bottom of the following screen to redeem your Boostcoin.

My Account

You can also go to My Account and check the tile along the top to view your total amount of Boostcoin earned. Tap Redeem Now to be brought to the Boostcoin redemption page. Slide the bar along the bottom to redeem your credit. 

Earn Summary

You can see your Earn History by going to My Account and clicking Settings in the upper right corner. Tap Earn Summary to see a list of all your Earn actions with the date and status of each. You’ll also see redemption credit amounts and dates. 

No matter where you redeem, you’ll see a success message letting you know your account will be credited within the next 24 hours. 

Note: You must have at least $2.00 in Boostcoin to redeem a payment credit. 

What do the different redemption statuses mean?

Every Earn action will have one of the following statuses:

  • Completed: The Earn action has been completed and your Boostcoin has been posted to your account. 
  • In Progress: The Earn action has been completed and we are working on posting your earned Boostcoin to your account. 
  • Rejected: The Earn action has been completed, but the merchant has rejected your offer completion. If you disagree, you'll need to contact our partner directly to resolve this issue. 
  • Error: The Earn action has been completed, but a technical error has occurred during the posting of the Boostcoin. If you see an error status, please contact our partner directly for resolution.

How long will it take for redeemed Boostcoin credits to apply to my account balance?

Earned Boostcoin credits are applied to your account balance immediately upon redemption. You’ll see your payment amount due updated in the app right away.

Who do I contact for help or for issues with earning Boostcoin?

It can take up to 48 hours for completed Earn actions to be verified and reflected in your Boostcoin total.

Our third party partners manage Earn activities. They can address any questions or concerns.

From the BoostOne Home tab, tap Complete Offers to go to the offers page. Tap the three lines in the upper left corner. 

To see the status of a reward. tap Reward Status. You'll see your ongoing, rewarded, and expired offers. Tap an offer under any status to see the details of your reward. If you need help with an offer, tap the Contact Support button to open the TapJoy Offerwall Support chat. 

If you’re missing coins applied to your account, review the TapJoy FAQs and scroll down to All Questions and choose Denial Reasons Explained or Missing Rewards from the dropdown menu.

Does my Boostcoin expire?

Earned Boostcoin is good for as long as you’re a Boost Mobile customer.
