When you open the app, tap the deals icon on the bottom of the screen.
You can search for a specific deal using the search bar or you can scroll down to see the best and top-rated deals.
If you’ve shared your location, you'll see featured deals in your area. You can open a specific deal to see details and redeem it directly from the app. You can also click on one of the deal categories along the top (Restaurants, Things to do, Shopping, Travel, or Online) and use the map feature to see deals near you.
When you open a deal to view the details, you'll see a ribbon in the top right corner of the offer window. Tap the ribbon to save the deal. If a partner has more than one deal available, you’ll see a ribbon next to each individual deal.
You can access your saved deals by scrolling down on the deals page to the Your Saved Deals area. Tap See All to view everything you’ve saved.
In-store deals are digital coupons you can use when checking out at any in-person merchant location. Open a deal to see the details. Once you click Redeem Voucher at the bottom of the screen, you'll have 10 minutes to show the deal to the merchant and obtain your discount. Once the merchant has noted the information and you receive the discount, press Done.
Note: It is helpful to show the deal details page to the merchant employee before confirming that you're ready to redeem it so they’re aware you’re using the deal and have time to apply the discount. Once you navigate away from the voucher window, it’s considered used and you will not be able to reopen it, even within the 10-minute timeframe.
Online deals are discounts that get applied when you check out when shopping online. Some online deals require you to link to the merchant site directly from the BoostOne app to apply the discount.
In the app, go to My Account and click on the Estimated Savings tile along the top.
Estimated Savings is the dollar amount of how much you’ve saved by using BoostOne deals. It’s calculated by adding up all of the deals that you have redeemed.
The deals section is managed by our third party partners; they can address any questions or concerns. You can click the “Help” icon on the My Account tab of the app and choose a selection from the “Deals Issues” help section. Please note that you will be emailing our third party partner and they will address the issue.
