Managing My Account in BoostOne




What is My Account?

My Account is a self-service tool that allows you to manage your Boost Mobile account. To access My Account in the BoostOne app, click My Account my account icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. From this section of the app, you can:

  • View your account balance and payment date
  • Check your data usage and remaining data
  • View your current wireless plan details
  • Add or remove a credit/debit card on your account
  • View your wireless bill and monthly charges
  • Make a one-time payment towards your bill

Please Note: Not all My Account functions available on the web are available from your phone.

How do I make a payment?

You can only make a payment with a credit/debit card within the BoostOne app. If you wish to make a payment using a different option, such as cash, PIN vouchers, or replenishment cards, you can pay in person, online, or over the phone.

AutoPay

Being enrolled in AutoPay means that you'll never have to worry about missing a payment again. If you're enrolled, make sure your debit or credit card information is up to date and accurate in My Account my account icon

Manual Payments

If you're not on AutoPay, click the payment tile in the top left of My Account My Account icon to see your current bill. Click the orange Pay Now button and follow the instructions to make a payment.

How do I find my bill?

Go to My Account My Account icon and tap My Payment to see your current payment due, payment method, and monthly summary. You can see your payment history by going to My Account My Account icon and tapping Payment History.

How do I add a new payment method or change my preferred payment method?

Go to My Account My Account icon and open Settings settings icon. Tap Payment Methods to see your saved payment methods on file. Select the payment method you want to use and click Save. 

You can only add a credit/debit card as a payment type within the BoostOne app. If you wish to use another payment method, please go to my.boostmobile.com to add your preferred payment type.

How do I add a new credit or debit card to my account?

To add a new card, click on the My Account tab My Account icon  and scroll to the bottom of the screen. From there, click on the Payment Methods options and you will see a list of your saved payment methods on file. Click the credit/debit card button under Add Payment Methods and follow the instructions to add a new card to your account.

How can I check which plan I am on?

You can see your plan details by accessing My Account My Account icon in the BoostOne app and clicking My Plan.

How do I change my wireless plan or features?

You cannot make any changes to your plan within the BoostOne app. Call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun to change your plan.

How can I see my payment history?

Go to My Account My Account icon and click on Payment History to view your transaction history.

How do I see my data usage?

To view your data usage, go to My Account My Account icon in your BoostOne app and tap My Usage. You can see how much mobile data and hotspot data you’ve used in your current billing cycle.

Please Note: Data usage is not updated in real time. Not all customers can see their data usage within the BoostOne app. If you don’t see your data usage under My Account My Account icon, please visit your Dashboard on my.boostmobile.com  to do so.

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to the My Account tab and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down and click Notifications under preferences. From here you can toggle on/off how you would like to receive notifications from BoostOne. Your options are email, push, and SMS text message.

Go to My Account My Account icon in BoostOne and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down to Account Settings and click Billing Address. Type in your updated billing address and click Save Address.

How do I edit my account profile?

Go to the My Account tab and click on Settings settings icon. From here, click Edit Profile under profile and you will be taken to your profile screen.

How do I adjust my privacy settings?

Go to My Account My Account icon and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down to Preferences and click Privacy Settings to make changes.

Who do I contact if I experience issues applying Boostcoin credits to my account balance?

If you’re having issues applying your Boostcoin credits to your account, call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun.

Can I make a payment in advance?

Absolutely. Payments paid in advance will show as a credit on your account and automatically be applied at your next payment due date. 

Note that making a payment early does not replenish monthly data allotments.
