Managing My Account in BoostOne




What is My Account?

My Account is a self-service tool that allows you to manage your Boost Mobile account. To access My Account in the BoostOne app, click My Account my account icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Here you can:

  • View your account balance and payment date
  • Check your data usage and remaining data
  • View your current wireless plan details
  • Change your plan (single lines only)
  • Add or remove a credit/debit card on your account
  • View your wireless bill and monthly charges
  • Make a one-time payment towards your bill
  • Enroll in or remove AutoPay

Please Note: Not all My Account functions available on the web are available from your phone.

How do I manage my payments?

Can I manage AutoPay in BoostOne?

How can I check which plan I'm on?

You can see your plan details by going to My Account My Account icon and clicking My Plan.

How do I change my wireless plan or features?

Go to My Account My Account icon and tap My Plan. Under Plan, tap Change to see your available plans. Tap Choose Plan to update your plan.

If you’re part of a multi-line plan, you can’t make any changes to your plan in the BoostOne app yet. Chat with us or call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun to change your plan.

How do I see my data usage?

To view your data usage, go to My Account My Account icon and tap My Usage. You can see how much mobile data and hotspot data you’ve used in your current billing cycle.

Please Note: Data usage is not updated in real time. Not all customers can see their data usage within the BoostOne app. If you don’t see your data usage under My Account, please visit your Dashboard on boostmobile.com  to do so.

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to My Account My Account icon and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down and click Notifications under preferences.You can toggle on/off how you would like to receive notifications from BoostOne. Your options are email, push, and SMS text message.

How do I update my address?

Go to My Account My Account icon and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down to Account Settings and click Billing Address. Type in your updated billing address and click Save Address.

How do I update my email address?

  • Go to My Account My Account iconand click on Settings settings icon
  • Scroll down to Account Settings and click Personal Info
  • Click edit next to your email address. Enter your updated email address and click Continue
  • Tap Send Code to verify your account. A verification code will be sent to your new email address. 
  • Enter it on-screen and tap Continue. You’ll get a success message that your email has been updated. 
  • Click Continue to return to your account. If you were previously logged into BoostOne using your email address, you’ll have to log in again with your updated email.

How do I edit my account profile?

Go to My Account and click on Settings settings icon. Under Profile, click Edit Profile and you'll be taken to your profile screen.

How do I adjust my privacy settings?

Go to My Account My Account icon and click on Settings settings icon. Scroll down to Preferences and click Privacy Settings to make changes.

Who do I contact if I experience issues applying Boostcoin credits to my account balance?

If you’re having issues applying your Boostcoin credits to your account, chat with us or call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun.
