When you’re ready to upgrade to a new device, you can do so right from your My Account Dashboard.
If you need to update your shipping or billing address, do so in My Account before starting the upgrade process. You won’t be able to enter a new address during the checkout process.
Orders typically ship the same day if ordered before 10 a.m. (MT). Orders placed after 10 a.m. (MT) will ship the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
Your device will arrive via UPS Ground 3-5 business days after shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a UPS tracking number to track your order.
If you’re enrolled in Boost Shield for your old phone, contact Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to remove it from your old device or add Boost Shield to your new phone.

If you’re looking to trade-in your old phone, you can do so through Assurant here. Answer a few questions about your device and get an offer from Assurant.
If you accept the offer from Assurant, they’ll send you a confirmation email with the next steps, including a link to the portal where you can access shipping instructions and prepaid shipping labels. You must ship your device within 21 days of accepting the offer.
If Assurant has to adjust the offer upon inspection of your device, you’ll receive an email with the new offer. You’ll have 14 days to accept or reject the new offer. If you reject the new offer, your device will be returned to you. If you don’t take any action, Assurant will proceed with the adjusted offer amount.
You’ll receive an e-gift card from no-reply@engage.InCommInCentives.com within two weeks of Assutrant processing the trade-in. If you have issues about the e-gift card, please email InComm at Questions_MN@engage.InCommInCentives.com.
